Most of our gatherings are free and open to the public—created as a space for inspiration, storytelling, and transformation. Whether it's a live spoken word night, an open mic, or a powerful workshop, these events are designed to bring people together and keep the community engaged in meaningful ways.

Join US for our Speaker Showcase! A night featuring bold, motivational speakers, storytellers, and performers.
Join US as we supercharge the Austin community with a night of transformational storytelling, dynamic motivational speaking, room-shaking poetry, and an emotional intelligence experience that will rock your soul!
This is our first community event in Austin and we are setting the atmosphere on fire with passion and inspiration. We are going ALL THE WAY!
Our Headliner
Chris Sheridan—a motivational speaker with a passion for helping people overcome their obstacles and tragedies in life, to refine their happiness, power, and authenticity, enabling them to have a fulfilling, and rewarding life without limitations. Chris' passion comes from losing his wife Tori over 3 years ago and having to overcome grief, and find new purpose in his life. He found that purpose by helping others overcome their tragedies and obstacles.
Chris has a lifetime of knowledge and training from being a Combat Veteran, Father, Husband, Business owner, and Instructor. Combined with his experience, and personal development training he has developed tools to tackle life's challenges, in an effective and positive manner. For the past two years as a Life Mentor/ Coach and Grief educator Chris has traveled the countr ymeeting and helping fellow widow and widowers, and others overcome their tragedies, find joy, happiness, purpose and meaning in their lives using these tools.

De Shawn Lee—This powerful, joyful, and courageous leader is dedicated to inspiring others through motivational speaking, leadership, and personal transformation. In his brand, Deshawnspeaksnow, he empowers people to embrace their purpose, lead with vision, and live unapologetically.
Kaci Madden—This leader is a lifelong athlete with a mind for science and a heart for transformation. Through her own healing and reinvention, she invites others to meet life with courage, step into their power, and revel in what makes them wild, wonderful, and perfectly weird.
Jani Tuomi—An Austin-based Healthcare Entrepreneur. After experiencing a family member go through and survive cancer, he has made it his life's mission to work with other startup founders to help evolve healthcare to make it more proactive, tech-enabled, and accessible for all.
Sherry Perkins—Master Storyteller, author, poet, and keynote speaker. She has devoted her life to calling forth leaders into their purpose and passion through collaborative team experiences and transformational workshops.
Jaydee Kabinua—A fearless Muvi artist and emotional alchemist who transforms raw experience into rhythm, poetry, and healing. Blending street wisdom with soulful introspection, her work amplifies the voices of the unheard and ignites change through sound.
Roman Ramirez—Professional Golfer and Content Creator committed to spreading joy, love, and showing up powerfully for equality in all spaces.
Brandon Hernandez—Actor, Performer, and Guitarist with a voice that's powerful and a vision to empower others.
houseREPVBLIC—Founded by Ramon Rodriquez, the brand's vision is to rediscover music as a moment. He is the official music/vibe curator for Undefeated Speaker/ ConfidenceStep.
About Us
About the Show Producer: Celestina Martinez is an integral part Undefeated Speaker and ConfidenceStep for the last four years as a speaker, coach, and captain.! Her vision is in the journey of igniting passion, fire, and joy into others!
About the Event Producer: James Harris, Jr. is the 2023 Top 4 Finalist in World Championship of Public Speaking for Toastmasters International. He placed top four out of 100,000 speakers. He is a transformational coach and motivational speaker.

Conchas & Creation: A Celebration of Art and Community
Join us for a vibrant evening honoring the creative spirit behind one of San Antonio’s newest visual gems. As part of the Fiesta Festival, we’re celebrating artist Nicholas Monroe, the visionary behind the iconic concha umbrellas at Alamo Biscuit Co. on the Riverwalk. This special event recognizes Nicholas’s incredible work, along with the community of supporters who helped bring the installation to life.
The evening will feature a live reading by Ennis Salam, sharing an original poem inspired by Nicholas’s sculpture.
Come for the art, stay for the celebration. Expect music, connection, and moments of reflection on what happens when vision meets community.
March Forward
What's the value of one life? What's the impact of one story? What's the ripple effect of one choice?
On this night we honor Sam Evans, we remember those taken from us too soon, and we empower and heal those that remain. Join US for a night of healing, unity, and restoration through suicide presentation awareness. This engaging and emotional event includes motivational speaking, powerful storytelling, soul-stirring performances, and dynamic tributes. Free for the community. Open to all ages. Join US for light refreshments, resources, and connection at the conclusion of the event. Our 11th community motivational speaking event will be our most profound and our most vulnerable look at what it means to march forward in the storms of life, to march forward in the face of uncertainty, and march forward into community healing.

Understanding one’s fear of speaking. What’s the story we tell ourselves about who we are, what we are worth, and what is possible? Let’s explore what is story vs what is truth.
Reducing verbal fillers by speaking with true confidence. We explore the roots of hesitation and patterns in our speech delivery. Confidence comes from believe in design . We change our believe to faith without evidence.
Changing the relationship with feedback and results. What is real success? How is true winning determined? Is there a difference between failing and being a failure?
Developing the certainty of one’s identity to make an impact. We begin to investigate how pain and problems are perfectly designed for our purpose. Who are you truly?

Resolute 2024 is our second black history month event with a twist! It features students and community members from diverse cultures celebrating the impact, influence, and inspiration of their favorite African-American artists/storytellers/speakers.
